How information is handled when you use this website.

Information you give us
When you use a form, we collect the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, organization, team size, a message, newsletter signup information, or community waitlist information. Different forms ask for different details.
How we use it
We use form information to respond to inquiries, discuss requested services or training, and handle newsletter or waitlist requests. We also use information needed to operate the website and detect or prevent abuse. Newsletter and waitlist forms currently send us an email notification. They do not create an automated mailing-list account.
Website analytics
Insights by Indra uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance. It does not use cookies. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. The website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or advertising tracking.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the website and runs its server functions. Resend delivers form notification emails. Cloudflare provides website analytics. These providers process information as needed to provide their services. Insights by Indra does not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the reason it was collected, business records, operational needs, or legal obligations. We do not use one fixed period for every type of information.
Your choices
You can email hello@insightsbyindra.com about information you submitted or communications from us. If we send marketing emails in the future, those emails will include an unsubscribe option when applicable.
Where information is processed
Insights by Indra is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this site.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the website and its services change. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
